How long does the process take?

As soon as your order has been completed. We will reach out to you with a questionnaire. Once we receive your questionnaire the clock will start ticking and we’ll get to work. The turnaround is two weeks.

Can I pick the genre?

Yes! On the questionnaire you receive upon hiring us, you get to tell us what genre you would like, as well as instruments you are interested in.

Can I make changes to the song?

Our songs go through a three phase process. We will not move forward until you approve each phase. However, after approval you cannot go back to make changes.

Can I add more details to my submission after the purchase of a package?

Upon hired, you will receive a questionnaire sheet where you share all the details you want. The more details we have the better! The moment we receive your love story, we get to work right away to ensure we hit the agreed deadline. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot make any changes! Make sure to add all info from the get go!!

How is my song being delivered?

You’ll get an email when your song is finished with an option to download it digitally.

Can I cancel my order?

Once hired, money received in non-refundable. The reason being is because we immediately pay out our artists to starts crafting your lyrics. We have a quick turnaround and therefore can not be canceled

What can we do with our song?

You are granted a personal use license in perpetuity. This allows you to share it with anyone you’d like! As long as you are NOT making money from it, you have the right to share on social media, wedding video, or any personal uses that do not involve monetary compensation.
